I was quite anxious but Fab quickly made me feel at ease, thanks to his expertise and professional approach. He was extremely patient, and thoroughly explained everything. There was no pressure to buy and he was very transparent about what I may or may not require. The procedure was relatively painless, and I felt comfortable and completely secure throughout.
