Terrible customer service - I made an appointment online, received no confirmation, so I called. They had not booked me in. I then booked verbally for the 26th of March 2022 at 16:30, as it was my special day and I had a celebration to attend. Wow, what a fantastic salon experience! The staff here are truly exceptional. The level of service is top-notch. I walked in feeling pretty low after a disappointing dye job from another place. However, after a thorough discussion, the talented stylists assured me they could help correct my hair colour to match my original request. They not only squeezed me in quickly but also worked wonders on my hair. I am absolutely thrilled with the transformation. Their main focus is achieving your desired look while keeping your hair and scalp health a priority!

I like them thin, but most places don't shape them that way. Laura listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted.
