My mother and I indulged ourselves. Tammi (y) was our hairdresser. She washed, trimmed, blow-dried, and styled our hair. Coffee was offered and enjoyed. The hair wash and head massage Tammi provided were incredible. The entire experience was delightful. Incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Convenient location for me. The salon is bright and spacious. Comfortable seating while waiting. We both adored our haircuts and styles. We will definitely return. I might even try a massage soon. Charlie styled my hair did a fantastic job, they are very approachable and have excellent communication skills, so you achieve the style you desire. If you're in the vicinity and in need of a trim I highly recommend checking for availability.

I would award 0 stars if it were possible. Terrible establishment. The staff do not listen and cut your hair however they please. It took me ages to grow it out, and when I went in for a trim, I came out with short, messy hair. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it. Do not waste your money here. They ignore you if you complain and express dissatisfaction.

I must share my thoughts on my recent visit here. I was eagerly anticipating my first lash lift and tint. However, the following day, there was no visible lift in my lashes! Upon contacting them, I was informed that a refund would not be possible, suggesting that it may be due to a reaction to my covid jab, which apparently should not be done within two weeks of the treatment. This crucial information was not communicated to me beforehand. I am disappointed that I was not offered a complimentary redo or a refund.
