Leslie's yoga classes come highly recommended by me. I've attended several sessions, and I must say, Leslie's expertise shines through in her well-structured classes. The atmosphere is light-hearted, and there's a good mix of poses to cater to individual needs and moods. Personally, I find the yin classes particularly soothing. Absolutely splendid experience. Sauna impeccably clean & organized and so well maintained: all details explained. Easily top wild sauna experience I've had yet. Adored the sauna hats and watering cans (much chillier than the sea) and having tow floats as a complimentary loan was a delightful touch. Great screened outdoor changing area too. If anyone is worried about sharing with strangers - fret not.
