Upon my arrival, I was escorted into a room and the door shut firmly behind me. No instructions or comforting words were given. The masseuse returned and expected me to disrobe and lie on the bed. She appeared irritated when I hesitated, instructing me to undress before leaving the room. The massage itself was rather painful, causing me to wince and clench the towel in discomfort. After the session, bruises appeared on my back, making sitting or lying down a cautious task. Took our Pomeranian for his first ever groom. Julie and her team did an exceptional job. Our Pomeranian looks fantastic and Julie's service was exceptional. She considered any allergy issues / skin problems and adapted accordingly. Would highly recommend.

Up until 8 moons ago I didn’t have any nails after gnawing them all my life. After my first session with Casey where I got a BIAB builder gel, she told me I would have my own long nails after a few sessions which I didn’t believe! However, she was completely right and I now have stunning nails that I absolutely adore! I eagerly anticipate getting them done every month, selecting a new hue/design and Casey always does them so flawlessly!
