Purchased a £66 fragrance from Birmingham Superdrug, arrived home and discovered it was empty, shattered. Visited Liverpool Superdrug and was assisted by Sam. He was incredibly understanding and helpful, even though the item wasn't bought from that branch, they still exchanged it as the Birmingham store declined. Concerned about losing £66, Sam graciously swapped it for me. Exceptional service and a truly generous gesture. I've visited Natasha a few times for a consultation, a personalized facial, and some microneedling sessions, all of which were accompanied by fantastic aftercare guidance.
