If you've had a negative experience with nail salons, you must visit Lorna. Lorna is warm, caring, and skilled. I had avoided manicures for years due to past issues. I have unique thumbs (which make me self-conscious), previous technicians would mock or share them with colleagues. Additionally, my nails are brittle from years of biting, causing discomfort during manicures. None of these issues arose with Lorna. She was kind and composed, offering valuable advice on nail care, shapes, and natural growth patterns. I completed two courses with Alex and thoroughly enjoyed both. I had no prior knowledge about nails and had never really been interested in them; it was quite a spontaneous decision for me. However, I learned so much! In just 2 months, I have transitioned from knowing nothing about nails to now having my own clients and earning money from a new activity that I enjoy. I would highly recommend Alex! They are highly professional yet very down-to-earth and approachable. You can have a good laugh while learning, and the courses are not time-consuming at all! Such a stunning salon, with staff who are just delightful. It's such a relaxing place to have your hair done, and Lily is a fantastic hairdresser. I will definitely be returning.
