I completed two courses with Alex and thoroughly enjoyed both. I had no prior knowledge about nails and had never really been interested in them; it was quite a spontaneous decision for me. However, I learned so much! In just 2 months, I have transitioned from knowing nothing about nails to now having my own clients and earning money from a new activity that I enjoy. I would highly recommend Alex! They are highly professional yet very down-to-earth and approachable. You can have a good laugh while learning, and the courses are not time-consuming at all! Had my nails done for the first time here today. I’ve tried 3 other places in town and this has to be the best experience I’ve had. They were so welcoming and chatty. They listened to what I wanted. I absolutely love my nails. Disappointed with customer service and BIAB application - worst experience. Initial service was good, but after 6 days, nails started cracking and chipping. Requested refund, no response for 4 days. Such a stunning salon, with staff who are just delightful. It's such a relaxing place to have your hair done, and Lily is a fantastic hairdresser. I will definitely be returning. All the girls are so kind and friendly, and I even enjoyed two delicious cappuccinos during my visit.
