Regrettably, I left the salon feeling disappointed and regretful of my visit. The staff were friendly and the salon itself was pleasant. I have naturally curly hair, and the stylist was unable to achieve the look I had envisioned. I settled for straightening it, but it turned out frizzy and wavy, far from the sleek finish I desired. Honestly, I could have achieved the same result on my own and saved money. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, but my experience was truly a waste of time and money.
