Despite past negative experiences and sensitivity about my hair, I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The team was incredibly courteous, warm, and welcoming. The hair wash was truly rejuvenating, with a relaxing massage and gentle treatment. The outcome of my hair colour and cut was simply lovely. I had a complete body massage that lasted for an hour with Andrea last Friday. Andrea is very warm, lively, and professional. The room was dimly lit, peaceful, and had a pleasant aroma with soothing wave music playing softly in the background. The bed was heated, which was delightful. I have troublesome knees, so Andrea raised my ankles to alleviate pressure on them, which felt quite comfortable. The massage was incredibly relaxing, tingling, and truly fantastic. Each area received ample attention. I felt rejuvenated and calm after the session. I highly recommend this service. I received a reminder on the day of the appointment and walked 32 minutes to the location, only to discover that the business had moved. I was told that the owner had been informed multiple times about customers arriving at the old location due to directions from online bookings, which had occurred at least 5 times.
