I made my booking online, completed all the necessary steps, including adding my card details and filling out the health form. I received a reminder on the day of the appointment and walked 32 minutes to the location, only to discover that the business had moved. I was told that the owner had been informed multiple times about customers arriving at the old location due to directions from online bookings, which had occurred at least 5 times. It's clear that she has no regard for her clients' time, so I would advise against booking with her. A zero-star rating from me. 👎🏾

The most dreadful lash lift and tint experience I've ever had! My lashes looked untouched and began falling out just a few days after the treatment! When I went back for assistance or a refund, I was initially told this was abnormal and unprecedented, only to be informed a few days later that it was actually normal, which made no sense to me. Why would I be left with this result after spending nearly £50 on a lash lift and tint?!? Now my natural lashes are sparse and unsightly, just in time for Christmas! Truly disappointed and disheartened. Avoid this place.
