The waxing procedure at this salon was notably slow compared to others, and unfortunately, it was not completed to my satisfaction. When I raised this concern, the clinician rushed me out due to another appointment. Upon contacting the salon, I was asked to return at a specific time. However, the phone was answered by the clinician's children, who failed to confirm the schedule accurately. This resulted in a prolonged wait upon my arrival. My initial trip to Kaymen’s Beauty on Saturday was outstanding, and I'll certainly be back! Kaymen was a saviour, accommodating me at short notice. The salon is stunning, and Kaymen's warm manner and top-notch service made my visit exceptional. They are attentive, thorough, and engaging in delightful conversation. I was amazed by the quality and attention they provided. Kaymen did an amazing job fixing my nails after a bad experience at another salon. I adore my nails.

Arrived for my first nail appointment ever (lol) for graduation, and the outcome was fantastic! Opted for nail extensions with gel polish. I was a bit flustered as I didn't know what to anticipate, but they were patient and brought my vision to life with some inspiration I provided. I particularly adored the addition of the graduation hat. I do wish I had received some guidance on colour choices as I was clueless about what would suit my skin tone, but I suppose that's more of a personal issue than theirs, haha. The pricing was quite reasonable, in my opinion - £45 for full sets & nail art on 2 fingers. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience! I absolutely loved it!
