I adored this hair salon and the young man who used to style my hair, but unfortunately I had to cancel my last appointment as I had an ear infection. Since the salon is closed on a Monday, I could only call on Tuesday morning. My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at lunchtime, but I was informed that I needed to give 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. While I understand this policy to some extent, being charged £17.50 for a situation that was beyond my control felt a bit excessive. Perhaps a £10 deduction could have been offered when rescheduling? It's a shame, as I won't be returning due to this experience. A charming wooden cabin exuding a wonderfully serene ambiance. A warm reception by a friendly hound and host. My eyebrows were meticulously shaped and tinted with expertise. Engaging conversation ensued, and I have already scheduled a facial appointment. A genuine discovery and wholeheartedly recommended.
