This was my maiden visit to the salon since relocating to the neighbourhood, and my hair was in dire need of a new look. Amy attentively listened to my preferences, discussed the details, and executed the cut with great precision. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome; it was exactly what I desired, and I look forward to returning.

They were once exceptional, but unfortunately, the previous staff members have departed, leaving the new employees (perhaps trainees?) lacking in language proficiency and confidence. This deficiency reflects in the overall communication and service quality. As a loyal customer, I anticipate more from a renowned salon, especially given the price tag (I pay less for a pedicure in Mayfair). Simple gestures such as offering a cup of tea, a smile, or incorporating polite phrases like "please" and "would you like" could greatly enhance the experience. I am somewhat disappointed with the overall service, but I remain hopeful that these issues can be addressed. Andrea and her team are a wonderful addition to Wimborne. Never had a stylist listen so well and give me the perfect cut. Pleased from the moment I step out until my next visit. Andrea's training from West End shines through. She truly gets hair and current trends. Recently, she even judged a styling contest at the O2 arena in London. Thrilled she's in Wimborne with a chic salon and top-notch service. Getting to know her and the salon is a joy. Excited for my appointments, a new experience for me!
