Incredibly charming and engaging, Sofia made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. We found many common interests while she worked on my hair, nails, and eyelash extensions. However, I was quite disappointed with the Russian eyelash extensions I paid Β£70 for, as they appeared much smaller than the typical classic ones. It felt like a bit of a letdown π
Despite this, Sofia did refund me Β£3, which was a kind gesture. I must admit, though, I left feeling somewhat disheartened. I had a lash lift done recently, and I must say, the owner was not very welcoming. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Surprisingly, my lashes looked exactly the same post-treatment, despite having had this done elsewhere with noticeable results. When I raised my concerns, I was told it could be due to my hormones! The offer of a partial refund or a redo was made, but unfortunately, I had already scheduled it before my trip, leaving me no time to reschedule.
