I have to share my unfortunate experience with Lily. I visited the salon for a full hair colour a week ago, and my scalp ended up damaged and scratched. The colour washed out after just 5 days. They blamed me for using Loreal Elvive colour protect shampoo and conditioner from a store. I wouldn't step foot in this establishment even if my life depended on it. I just parked outside to visit the shop next door while my partner went in. There was an elderly Middle Eastern lady seated, who exchanged words with the shop owner/employee. They both then gave me the most hostile glare, and the elderly lady continued to stare at me with an intimidating gaze, even rolling her eyes. This unprofessional and intimidating behaviour is unacceptable. Why treat people this way? I could have been a potential customer! Individuals like this have no place working in a shop where basic courtesy should prevail.
