The team here is absolutely delightful - warm and inviting. After 4 hours, my hair looked absolutely stunning. I had a half head of highlights with a tone, and they made sure to address all the little details I requested. I have very thick hair, but they showed incredible patience, especially when applying the highlights which took quite some time.
