My hair has been completely ruined for 3 months now, trying to fix the mess caused by the hairdresser. I had an appointment for a haircut, but they rushed through it and became very rough, causing pain. They didn't even bother to straighten my hair properly, yet I had to pay the full price. Extremely unprofessional service!
