I have frequented Jenny's Nails for numerous years and I wholeheartedly endorse them. The team are consistently cheerful and courteous - I typically schedule an appointment which helps in avoiding long waits during peak times. As my nails are fragile, I trust the individual tending to them to be extremely cautious and attentive to their requirements. Hands down, the finest day Spa I have ever visited! The ambiance is stunning, the spa area is spacious, tranquil, and charming - perfect for a hen do party. My husband and I had a delightful time celebrating our anniversary here; it felt like a luxurious holiday getaway! After an hour in the spa, we were treated to a relaxing foot soak and scrub, followed by a thorough full-body massage. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even considering our dietary restrictions and adjusting the price when they couldn't provide lunch. 5 stars, A+++. I'm extremely let down by the £60 I spent on those lashes! They all fell out immediately, clumped together, and gathered a lot of fluff. To make matters worse, I skipped my infill appointment without knowing about a cancellation fee that was never mentioned in any terms and conditions. As a minor (14 years old), I had no idea about any identification requirements or the law stating you must be over 18 or 16 with parental consent! Despite explaining that I couldn't afford the fee as I'm underage and don't work, they still withdrew £35 from my bank account without my permission as soon as there was enough money. I tried to get a refund, even had my mum contact the lady, but received no response.
