Laura's treatment of me, a paying client, was utterly appalling and unacceptable. After reaching out to express my dissatisfaction, she responded by sending abusive messages from her personal number, yelling and accusing me of lying. She even went as far as threatening me and questioning my intelligence. Her behaviour was aggressive and unprofessional, leading me to warn others about my negative experience. Her customer service is deplorable, and her work does not match the quality advertised on social media. She always offers follow-up in case of any issues between appointments. The bio gel manicure lasts a solid three weeks on my fingers and even longer on my toes!
