Laura's treatment of me, a paying client, was utterly appalling and unacceptable. After reaching out to express my dissatisfaction, she responded by sending abusive messages from her personal number, yelling and accusing me of lying. She even went as far as threatening me and questioning my intelligence. Her behaviour was aggressive and unprofessional, leading me to warn others about my negative experience. Her customer service is deplorable, and her work does not match the quality advertised on social media. What a fantastic selection of products at this store! However, my experience was marred by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. During my visit with a friend, we noticed the employees standing at the rear of the shop, casting disdainful glances our way. When we inquired about any assistance, their responses were curt and it was evident they wished for us to depart. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I picked up a wig; the saleswoman abruptly snatched it from my hands and condescendingly informed me of the price, insinuating that I couldn't afford it. Took my child here based on recommendations, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The piercer was great at making my kid comfortable, and the piercing itself was quick and painless. The cost for lobe piercings was a bit steep at £65, but the quality of the work was good. This studio is absolutely fantastic! Impeccably clean and inviting, the staff are all incredibly friendly and approachable. I've had the pleasure of getting four tattoos done by Riley, and I couldn't be happier with all of them. Their flash designs are top-notch, excellent communication when booking and leading up to the appointment, open to minor adjustments on the day, patient with sizing and placement, gentle during the tattooing process, and provided thorough aftercare advice. I had these twists done for a trip and they stayed intact the whole time (1 week), even after swimming in the sea. They were also simple to take out and wash.
