I am absolutely thrilled with Elevate Beauty. Lucy is incredibly friendly and meticulous in her work. She ensures her own satisfaction with the results and, more importantly, your satisfaction. She always offers follow-up in case of any issues between appointments. The bio gel manicure lasts a solid three weeks on my fingers and even longer on my toes! I have visited Sam twice now due to aches and pains after having 2 pregnancies close together. I explained my concerns with my neck, back, and thighs, and Sam assessed and recommended the best treatment options for me. He is extremely professional, friendly, and explains everything clearly. I noticed a significant improvement immediately after both sessions. Awful massage service. The masseuse was constantly distracted by texting and taking calls during the session. She kept leaving the room intermittently. Paid for an hour but only received 45 minutes of massage. I specifically asked for long nails, but the technician ignored my request and gave me short nails instead. I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix.
