Thrilled with my French twists! Reina was incredibly kind and helped me select the most suitable style for my requirements. I had these twists done for a trip and they stayed intact the whole time (1 week), even after swimming in the sea. They were also simple to take out and wash. I rarely leave feedback, but I visited Oliver for the first time yesterday for Botox after much research for quality at a fair price and discovered Radiant which had outstanding reviews. My previous provider was also great but had significantly raised prices that I could no longer justify. Besides being a kind person, conversation flowed effortlessly as Oliver is so approachable and grounded. It's always comforting to find someone who is confident and fully skilled in their craft. I appreciated Oliver's technique and having had Botox numerous times over the past 5 years, I know where my 3 injection points should be and Oliver did not disappoint. Now, I just have to wait for the results and was offered a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks if necessary. A delightful experience and I will certainly return. Thank you, Oliver :-) x

Laura's treatment of me, a paying client, was utterly appalling and unacceptable. After reaching out to express my dissatisfaction, she responded by sending abusive messages from her personal number, yelling and accusing me of lying. She even went as far as threatening me and questioning my intelligence. Her behaviour was aggressive and unprofessional, leading me to warn others about my negative experience. Her customer service is deplorable, and her work does not match the quality advertised on social media. I've had the pleasure of getting four tattoos done by Riley, and I couldn't be happier with all of them. Their flash designs are top-notch, excellent communication when booking and leading up to the appointment, open to minor adjustments on the day, patient with sizing and placement, gentle during the tattooing process, and provided thorough aftercare advice. Paid for an hour but only received 45 minutes of massage. I have visited Sam twice now due to aches and pains after having 2 pregnancies close together. I explained my concerns with my neck, back, and thighs, and Sam assessed and recommended the best treatment options for me. He is extremely professional, friendly, and explains everything clearly.
