What a fantastic selection of products at this store! However, my experience was marred by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. During my visit with a friend, we noticed the employees standing at the rear of the shop, casting disdainful glances our way. When we inquired about any assistance, their responses were curt and it was evident they wished for us to depart. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I picked up a wig; the saleswoman abruptly snatched it from my hands and condescendingly informed me of the price, insinuating that I couldn't afford it. I specifically asked for long nails, but the technician ignored my request and gave me short nails instead. I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix.
