I have visited Sam twice now due to aches and pains after having 2 pregnancies close together. I explained my concerns with my neck, back, and thighs, and Sam assessed and recommended the best treatment options for me. He is extremely professional, friendly, and explains everything clearly. I specifically asked for long nails, but the technician ignored my request and gave me short nails instead. I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix.
