I made a last-minute appointment, and they were the only salon that could accommodate me within the hour. It's been almost 3 weeks, and my nails still look flawless! In the past, I've lost 1 or 2 nails within a week due to my busy lifestyle with 4 children, constant hand exposure to water, daily gym visits, and running a nightclub where my hands get dirty frequently. I have had zero issues with my extensions; they are truly remarkable. What a fantastic selection of products at this store! However, my experience was marred by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. During my visit with a friend, we noticed the employees standing at the rear of the shop, casting disdainful glances our way. When we inquired about any assistance, their responses were curt and it was evident they wished for us to depart. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I picked up a wig; the saleswoman abruptly snatched it from my hands and condescendingly informed me of the price, insinuating that I couldn't afford it. I am absolutely thrilled with Elevate Beauty. Lucy is incredibly friendly and meticulous in her work. She ensures her own satisfaction with the results and, more importantly, your satisfaction. She always offers follow-up in case of any issues between appointments. The bio gel manicure lasts a solid three weeks on my fingers and even longer on my toes! Laura's treatment of me, a paying client, was utterly appalling and unacceptable. After reaching out to express my dissatisfaction, she responded by sending abusive messages from her personal number, yelling and accusing me of lying. She even went as far as threatening me and questioning my intelligence. Her behaviour was aggressive and unprofessional, leading me to warn others about my negative experience. Her customer service is deplorable, and her work does not match the quality advertised on social media. I rarely leave feedback, but I visited Oliver for the first time yesterday for Botox after much research for quality at a fair price and discovered Radiant which had outstanding reviews. My previous provider was also great but had significantly raised prices that I could no longer justify. Besides being a kind person, conversation flowed effortlessly as Oliver is so approachable and grounded. It's always comforting to find someone who is confident and fully skilled in their craft. I appreciated Oliver's technique and having had Botox numerous times over the past 5 years, I know where my 3 injection points should be and Oliver did not disappoint. Now, I just have to wait for the results and was offered a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks if necessary. A delightful experience and I will certainly return. Thank you, Oliver :-) x

I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix.
