She always offers follow-up in case of any issues between appointments. The bio gel manicure lasts a solid three weeks on my fingers and even longer on my toes! I specifically asked for long nails, but the technician ignored my request and gave me short nails instead. I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix.
