His additional research into Olympic weightlifting enhanced his understanding of my movement patterns, enabling him to pinpoint weaknesses leading to compensatory actions and subsequent pain. Implementing the strengthening exercises he prescribed, I swiftly regained my original strength levels without experiencing any further discomfort. All achieved within just two sessions.

I took my son to Beau Ideal as a treat for his 4th Birthday. He had a mini manicure and a mini pedicure. Emily was excellent with him, really friendly and patient. She had a wonderful selection of polishes, my son was thrilled with his nails afterwards and has been showing everyone since his appointment. Emily went the extra mile and put together a little party bag for his birthday- it was such a lovely gesture! She has a beautiful and relaxing set up- I’ll be back for my own pampering sometime soon!
