I'm absolutely enamoured with my nails, words can't express how fantastic the service was. I requested a specific design and they executed it flawlessly, except for the red thumb nail I asked for. Despite a few minor mishaps, my nails still look impeccable even a week later. They were meticulous and gentle in their work. Today's experience was exceptional with the back, neck, and head massage along with the luxury pedicure. The session didn't feel hurried at all, and I was completely at ease. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. The masseuse demonstrated exceptional skill and took her time. Great value for the price, with on-site parking available. Today, I visited for a Root colour package. The individual who dyed my hair managed to spill most of it on my neck, ears, and even my face! I politely requested a wet towel four times to clean myself up, but my requests were ignored. Eventually, she reluctantly provided me with a wet cotton pad, claiming the dye wouldn't come off anyway. I used up the cotton to clean my neck and ears, showing them that it was possible to remove. In return, I was unjustly banned for being perceived as rude. What a lovely attitude! The manager or owner should train their staff on how to treat customers with respect. After being a customer for eight years, I will not be returning.
