Had a delightful day indulging in relaxation and pampering. The receptionist, a charming young man, was fantastic. He was kind and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the experience, assisting with our booking, and showing us around. The swimming pool and steam room were excellent, followed by a visit to the relaxation room. We arrived early and took advantage of the warming beds. The treatment room was lovely, although the music from the speakers was a bit tinny at times. The ladies who performed our Swedish massage and facial were respectful and welcoming, providing a thoroughly relaxing experience. I couldn't fault my day in any way. Ended it with a delicious smoothie from the cafe.
