Had no idea who, what or where this salon was before hand other than emails but honestly I was in London for a wedding and they were quick to respond and happy that I couldn’t get in before for a consultation! Since relocating to York, I have finally discovered my go-to hair salon at Kudos! Each visit has been a delightful and warm experience thanks to the friendly staff - and Lauren is absolutely fantastic. With my short hair, I've had my fair share of disappointing cuts elsewhere, but Lauren excels at understanding my preferences. She is kind, skilled, and offers excellent advice. I always leave feeling like I've received exactly what I desired - and more.
