I had my initial session with Ben (The Massage Sanctuary) last night. Ben was fully booked but managed to accommodate me on short notice, and I received the full treatment. Having recently undergone shoulder surgery and undergoing physiotherapy, I found Ben to be excellent. While the massage was incredibly relaxing, he also tailored a portion of it to focus on my shoulder, using various techniques to encourage movement.
