I’ve been a loyal customer of Saks for many years and it’s consistently a delightful experience! I feel pampered every time with delicious beverages and incredibly relaxing scalp massages. Charlie who styles my hair is lovely, very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of what hairstyle/colour would complement me best. Had a delightful day indulging in relaxation and pampering. The receptionist, a charming young man, was fantastic. He was kind and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the experience, assisting with our booking, and showing us around. The swimming pool and steam room were excellent, followed by a visit to the relaxation room. We arrived early and took advantage of the warming beds. The treatment room was lovely, although the music from the speakers was a bit tinny at times. The ladies who performed our Swedish massage and facial were respectful and welcoming, providing a thoroughly relaxing experience. I couldn't fault my day in any way. Ended it with a delicious smoothie from the cafe. Ultimately, the best salon is where you not only receive excellent service, but also feel relaxed and comfortable simultaneously. I sensed that Linda, Nick, and the rest of the team were dedicated to providing me with the best service possible. I have visited twice in a short span of time, once for a haircut and another for a colour treatment, both experiences were fantastic.
