I have been a loyal customer of Perfection for many years now, and I must say that all the treatments I have received have been impeccable. The team of ladies there are truly amazing. Recently, I had my nails done by Sophie, who is a new addition to the team. I was thoroughly impressed by her focus and attention to detail. She did an excellent job, especially with trimming my cuticles. Today I had the pleasure of visiting Alice for the first time. Wow, what can I say? I got good vibes from the moment I stepped inside her beautiful treatment room and felt completely at ease. She took time to listen to where I felt I needed attention in my muscles and made me feel totally relaxed. I opted for the Relax & Revive package with scalp and face massage and it was absolutely amazing. I floated out of there and have felt like a weight has been lifted today. Had an appointment to fix an old tattoo. They did shading I wanted in grey. Booked to redo the black part but had to reschedule due to NHS Track and Trace. Day before my new slot, I got my 1st Covid shot. Messaged 5 days prior to reschedule, didn't want to get inked feeling unwell. They said I lost my £40 deposit, out of my control. What a calming and fantastic experience. Francesca offers a soothing atmosphere as you enter her therapy room. Lovely scents and soft music envelop you as you settle onto the plush, cozy warm towels that have been laid out for you on the therapy bed. Her Swedish massage was fantastic - excellent technique and thoroughly soothing. I felt completely relaxed there and appreciated her attention to detail.
