The studio she runs is a delightful space, impeccably clean yet warm and inviting.
I underwent eyebrow enhancement, and the process was simple and virtually painless. Natalie's attention to detail and evident passion for her craft really helps you feel at ease.
I am absolutely thrilled with my brows; they bring a smile to my face every single day (waking up to flawless brows effortlessly - what's not to adore?!)
My only "complaint" is that now I'm tempted to get lash liner done too...! π

I visited the store today and had to wait quite a bit at the checkout as the staff were having personal conversations instead of acknowledging customers. I stood there waiting for them to finish their chat.
If you're open, please acknowledge the customer; this is basic customer service.
It's usually okay, but either have your chat after you've finished working or during your break. Don't leave customers waiting while you gossip.

Perfecting Styles is an exceptional establishment and I have been getting my hair styled and coloured by Charlotte for many years now. She is a skilled stylist and always pays attention to the customer's desires but also provides guidance if I'm unsure about something. Her expertise in colouring made me feel comfortable when I first decided to add highlights to my hair, and she is always very reassuring. The staff were quite accommodating, allowing a last-minute appointment. They were friendly and charming, which was a plus. I had booked an hour, but the time spent paying and waiting for the masseur to arrive cost me nearly 10 minutes. The room was pleasant and warm, with nice and calming music. However, the massage table/bed was extremely narrow - I had to tuck my hands under my hips due to lack of space. Sadly, 50% of the time was focused on massaging my legs, with the remaining 50% on my back. It wasn't as comprehensive as I had hoped; my arms, shoulders, and head were neglected, and I wasn't even asked to turn over for the front to be addressed. Moreover, a significant portion of the massage was conducted with a towel on the area being massaged, and the towels were not soft. Had a wonderful experience at Goby Massage, indulged in 2 treatments: the Lymphatic massage (Stomach) and a Himalayan Hot Stone massage. Post Lymphatic massage, noticeable difference on my now flatter stomach. The hot stone exfoliation was fantastic and incredibly relaxing. Sarah's calming presence and engaging conversation made the session even better. Will definitely be a regular and highly recommend her for great value!!
