I have visited this salon several times for a bouncy blow dry, which I have always been satisfied with. However, yesterday my sister and I went in, and both members of staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. The male stylist I had was pleasant but ended up blow-drying my hair straight and then attempting to create bounce, which was unsuccessful. He also used ghd's, which ended up singeing my hair.
