My mate and I were on a weekend getaway shopping and scheduled in here for pedicures when our hotel couldn't accommodate us. I'm delighted they couldn't fit us in because we had the most exceptional experience here! Exceptional pedicure, extremely thorough and relaxing. Lovely store, extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Incredibly friendly nail technicians who certainly know their stuff. Phenomenal value for money too. I have visited this salon several times for a bouncy blow dry, which I have always been satisfied with. However, yesterday my sister and I went in, and both members of staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. The male stylist I had was pleasant but ended up blow-drying my hair straight and then attempting to create bounce, which was unsuccessful. He also used ghd's, which ended up singeing my hair. After moving to Ashford from London I was anxious about finding a new salon, but I'm so thrilled I did as I discovered Dontev very professional and left adoring my hair. All the team are so welcoming, warm and create a joyful atmosphere. Adele helped me regain confidence after explaining everything she did and truly cared about my hair as she highlighted and toned it, she really grasped what I was aiming for. Would 100% recommend.
