My therapist, Shar, was highly skilled and professional. Her extensive knowledge and advice were exceptional. I felt genuinely cared for and respected. Shar effortlessly addressed my concerns and provided the best spa experience I've ever had. Having had massages both abroad and in the UK, I can confidently say that Shar is at the pinnacle of her profession. After moving to Ashford from London I was anxious about finding a new salon, but I'm so thrilled I did as I discovered Dontev very professional and left adoring my hair. All the team are so welcoming, warm and create a joyful atmosphere. Adele helped me regain confidence after explaining everything she did and truly cared about my hair as she highlighted and toned it, she really grasped what I was aiming for. Would 100% recommend.
