I have visited this salon several times for a bouncy blow dry, which I have always been satisfied with. However, yesterday my sister and I went in, and both members of staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. The male stylist I had was pleasant but ended up blow-drying my hair straight and then attempting to create bounce, which was unsuccessful. He also used ghd's, which ended up singeing my hair. After moving to Ashford from London I was anxious about finding a new salon, but I'm so thrilled I did as I discovered Dontev very professional and left adoring my hair. All the team are so welcoming, warm and create a joyful atmosphere. Adele helped me regain confidence after explaining everything she did and truly cared about my hair as she highlighted and toned it, she really grasped what I was aiming for. Would 100% recommend.
