I have visited this salon several times for a bouncy blow dry, which I have always been satisfied with. However, yesterday my sister and I went in, and both members of staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. The male stylist I had was pleasant but ended up blow-drying my hair straight and then attempting to create bounce, which was unsuccessful. He also used ghd's, which ended up singeing my hair. My therapist, Shar, was highly skilled and professional. Her extensive knowledge and advice were exceptional. I felt genuinely cared for and respected. Shar effortlessly addressed my concerns and provided the best spa experience I've ever had. Having had massages both abroad and in the UK, I can confidently say that Shar is at the pinnacle of her profession. All the team are so welcoming, warm and create a joyful atmosphere.
