I was dissatisfied with the quality of my gel nails. Despite paying £20, I decided not to mention it on my way out. However, within 24 hours, four nails had already chipped and peeled. I reached out to the salon via email, politely asking for a refund. They claim to have responded promptly, but I received no such reply. Four days later, still without a response, I was asked by Treatwell to leave a review. So, I did. The review detailed my experience and the lack of communication from the salon. Shortly after, I coincidentally received a response from the salon, stating they would only refund me if I removed the review. I refuse to be blackmailed and cannot take down the review, so I'm out £20. Manda was highly professional, putting me at ease despite my nerves. Her range of skincare products was impressive, and the cream she applied to my dry knees worked wonders - they've been comfortable ever since. She took detailed information for health and safety, and her home was meticulously COVID-secure. From wearing a mask to providing a sanitised box for belongings, she left no detail overlooked. The waxing procedure was nearly painless, and I was so relaxed that I returned with my daughter for ear piercings a few days later. Manda did a fantastic job, and we are both thrilled with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend her services. The strip lashes lasted around 2 weeks, and the waxing was impeccable. I look forward to trying more of Manda's products next time I have some child-free time, especially the dermaplaning with a million-dollar facial and her massages. Thank you, Cloud 9.

Sort yourselves out before you end up next to closing time.
