unfortunately my experience today in this salon was dreadful, the hairdresser there made me feel very upset, I understand that last Saturday I arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment. I wasn't able to cut my hair at that moment, I understood perfectly, they scheduled me for the afternoon, unfortunately I couldn't attend for personal reasons. yesterday I went there not to see if I could be attended to I was judged even though I apologized for not showing up the previous Saturday, I was scheduled for an appointment today at 12:00 my name was written in pencil unfortunately today I went there the hairdresser told me in a loud tone so that the whole room can hear saying that the appointment was missed yesterday at 3.30 pm when yesterday I clearly said that I couldn't I don't know why I was marked and my name is not CRB as it was there, my name was clearly erased made a scene still accused me of not being responsible for my notes that I had already missed about 3/4 times when it is not true. I was extremely shocked even when I explained it, they didn't want to hear me, it was dreadful. I would highly recommend this place as I was a regular customer but unfortunately from now on I won't do it again. the lady who does the eyebrows and waxing is very nice and respectful. I had a wonderful massage today, the man at the front desk was very friendly and my massage therapist was incredibly attentive, gave me a few compliments. My massage therapist was also very handsome. Appalling customer service! The owner's husband was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I showed him a photo of the colour I wanted, he simply said they didn't have it. I then inquired about something similar, and he carelessly dropped a basket of nail polishes in front of me, telling me to choose. During the filing process, he didn't even ask about the shape I preferred. When I requested a round shape, he rolled his eyes and made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he ignored me and refused to communicate. It was the most painful waxing experience I've ever had, and I felt judged when she attributed it to the thickness of my hair. I even considered leaving midway through. To top it off, they didn't have change for payment, so I ended up leaving a £3 tip. Samir is the quickest beautician you can encounter and Rhea is simply the most charming and skilled beautician you could wish for. She is incredibly kind and her waxing is nearly painless. I visited today with my 7 month old son who didn't nap for a second and everyone was very kind and accommodating.
