I usually get quite anxious around needles, but she made the whole process so pleasant and soothing that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else but to her... I visited the salon for a full leg and Hollywood waxing session, and I was quite disappointed. It seemed like the attendant lacked expertise, especially during the Hollywood waxing as the wax kept breaking. It was the most painful waxing experience I've ever had, and I felt judged when she attributed it to the thickness of my hair. I even considered leaving midway through. To top it off, they didn't have change for payment, so I ended up leaving a £3 tip.
