unfortunately my experience today in this salon was dreadful, the hairdresser there made me feel very upset, I understand that last Saturday I arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment. I wasn't able to cut my hair at that moment, I understood perfectly, they scheduled me for the afternoon, unfortunately I couldn't attend for personal reasons. yesterday I went there not to see if I could be attended to I was judged even though I apologized for not showing up the previous Saturday, I was scheduled for an appointment today at 12:00 my name was written in pencil unfortunately today I went there the hairdresser told me in a loud tone so that the whole room can hear saying that the appointment was missed yesterday at 3.30 pm when yesterday I clearly said that I couldn't I don't know why I was marked and my name is not CRB as it was there, my name was clearly erased made a scene still accused me of not being responsible for my notes that I had already missed about 3/4 times when it is not true. I was extremely shocked even when I explained it, they didn't want to hear me, it was dreadful. I would highly recommend this place as I was a regular customer but unfortunately from now on I won't do it again. the lady who does the eyebrows and waxing is very nice and respectful. I visited the salon for a full leg and Hollywood waxing session, and I was quite disappointed. It seemed like the attendant lacked expertise, especially during the Hollywood waxing as the wax kept breaking. It was the most painful waxing experience I've ever had, and I felt judged when she attributed it to the thickness of my hair. I even considered leaving midway through. To top it off, they didn't have change for payment, so I ended up leaving a £3 tip. Visited Trotters today to buy our daughter's first pair of shoes. The staff was lovely. The gentleman whom we dealt with was really helpful and friendly. He provided us with some excellent advice regarding kids' shoes and sizes. There was a sale on, and we managed to get a great pair of leather shoes for our little girl at a really good price. She absolutely adores her new shoes. The shop also has a nice selection of toys and clothes.
