I have been a patron of Sam's for about 2 1/2 years and also bring my 8-year-old daughter. Sam is, simply put, outstanding! The salon is extremely spacious, serene, and adorned in a very soothing manner. I'm not one to leave feedback like this but I'm truly dismayed by the recent incident and the lack of apology or follow-up after I reached out via email to inform you of the situation.
A few weeks ago, I had my hair styled. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair to the extent that I had to seek further trimming elsewhere to balance it out, and the sides are now so short that I had to invest in extensions.
I had previously contacted the salon, and they simply suggested I return for an assessment. However, I feel uneasy about doing so, and that's where the communication ceased.
All the effort put into growing my hair was undone in a single appointment, and now I've had to incur additional expenses to rectify it and further costs for the extensions.About

The customer service here is absolutely dreadful 😑. The gentleman with tattoos was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and had poor communication skills. He muttered under his breath and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I did not see him smile once. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and I cannot recommend this place. It's unfortunate. I suggest that the management consider providing training to improve the customer service skills of their staff. The only member of the staff who was friendly, helpful, and had proper manners was the Asian lady who initially took my appointment. I visited for a skin biopsy, encountering three members of staff, Carla, Jess (I believe) not great at recalling names. All the staff were professional, amiable, and accommodating, immediately putting me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly.
