The customer service here is absolutely dreadful 😑. The gentleman with tattoos was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and had poor communication skills. He muttered under his breath and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I did not see him smile once. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and I cannot recommend this place. It's unfortunate. I suggest that the management consider providing training to improve the customer service skills of their staff. The only member of the staff who was friendly, helpful, and had proper manners was the Asian lady who initially took my appointment. All the staff were professional, amiable, and accommodating, immediately putting me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly.
