I've been visiting this establishment for massages a few times annually for the past 8 or so years, and it remains my preferred place for a massage. After reading other reviews, I feel disheartened because the ladies who have massaged me have always been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and truly skilled in Chinese massage techniques. The massages are vigorous, akin to sports massages, which I find quite enjoyable. I have always felt at ease here and have not observed any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The treatment room for the deep tissue massage was serene and cozy with a wonderfully heated bed, the massage was thorough, expertly executed, and I felt every detail was considered. My pedicurist was Ferzana, and she was charming. The pedicure was top-notch, and Ferzana truly listened to my preferences, offered great advice, and was so amiable.
