She offered to reimburse me £30 so I could seek another practitioner (bearing in mind I had paid her £130). She requested proof of payment, which I provided, then declined to refund me!!! My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

I would like to express how happy I am to choose Max to do my lashes. I had them done while he was teaching two individuals on his lash training for beginners. He is very professional, clean, and thoroughly explained every step on the way for me and for the trainees. He has very high standards and makes sure all of his students feel confident with every aspect of the training. Aftercare instructions are excellent. He is still looking out for me after having my lashes done 3 weeks ago. He is checking on me every week about the healing process. I am so very glad that I went to him, he did an excellent job, and I can highly recommend him doing your lashes or do the training with him.
