Decent haircut but lacking professionalism - the individual arrived 15 minutes late without any apologies, simply stating "I'm ready". Upon completion, instead of asking about preferred styling or length, they bluntly offered wax. These are basic customer service skills. This is the first time I have not tipped a barber.
