Honestly, not too shabby - South Queensferry isn't my top choice for a massage, but it sufficed. I tried a new type of massage therapy that was quite intriguing. As a new client, I had to fill out a form before beginning the treatment, which was administered by a machine. After the session, I rang the bell they provided, but there was no response for about 3-4 minutes. I decided to remove the equipment myself as I wasn't entirely familiar with it, which was less than ideal since I was short on time. I had a 10am appointment today but couldn't make it due to severe traffic caused by the petrol shortage issue. I spoke to a gentleman who insisted I pay £50 for missing the appointment without providing 24 hours notice.
How was I supposed to predict the horrendous traffic this morning 24 hours in advance!?
A bit of empathy would have been appreciated instead of receiving attitude, as I did intend to reschedule!
Perhaps some training in empathy and good customer service would benefit your business, and embracing modern payment methods beyond cheques and cash.
It's a shame because I initially thought the place seemed alright, but clearly not.
